This item is NOT magnetic. The greenish color does not come off with water or polish. There are scratches pictures on the base that show a bright yellow gold color underneath. There are no visible manufacturer or artist markings that we can find.
It is 28 1/2 inches high and 19 to 19 1/2 inches across depending on what part you measure and weighs 55lbs.
A reverse google search tells me something different every time I put in a picture of a different part.
