Long Description
History
I found it at an estate sale while I was in college in Chico, CA circa 1998. It was donated to a yard sale that was held for charity, and it wasn't sold, so the sale curator gave it to me just to get it off her lawn.

Swivel chairs of this type were made from the late quarter of the 19th century right up until World War Two, and unless the are of an unusal design or by a noted designer most like yours sell for less than $75.00Â i9 "As Is" condition.
