There is enough of a signature that if you can post a better photograph of it, there is a very good chance of one of us being able to tell you your artist's name, and thus help you attain its truest value. (Try shooting it under natural light, without a flash.) Without a name, you'll be forced to sell it as a signed mid-Century pictorial, possibly European, and that will not bring in very much money, usually above $100 but below $500. Of course, knowing the artist's name may end up with the same result, but at least you can get closer to its actual worth.
