H. Hargrove oil painting

Description

The back said that this is the original frame, it is in very good condition, when I recieved it it had a couple small spots on the painting itself that I was told could be cleaned up. There is a date wrote on the back of 10/27/81 that looks to be the date it was given to the owner.

This painting got given to me, I remember it up on the wall 20 years or possibly more,I did some research and can't find this exact painting, another person said theirs was appraised for $1500, the description fits, however it had no picture
