Its either leather or vinyl, It has a blue velvet interior with a u.s. patent sticker on the over flap that says "Manufactured under one or more U.S. Patents. Nos 229?99 - 2298000- D133491 - D133698 - D135138 (Other Patents Pending)". On one of the tools its marked Vemco.
