Pair of Antique Floor Lamps

Description I have a pair of matching floor lamps that I bought from my boss. He used to be in the lamp restoration business 30 years ago. He told me these were of the art deco period, but they look like arts & crafts to me. They are unique in that the top arm of the lamps that hold the shade are in the shape of arrows. These arms appear to be hammered metal along with the base. The shades are hammered, but I don't know what kind of metal they are made of. The lamps have been rewired and refinished by my boss. I am just curious to find out more information on the time period, style, and value of these pieces. See photos.
