Caswell-Runyan Cedar Hope Chest

Cedar Chest left to me by my Grandmother, written on the tag that it was bought in 1954.  The outside is minorly weathered but the inside is in great condition.

I have one similar to that.  How much is it appraised for it you don't mind my asking.  I am going to give mine to my granddaugher for graduation.

These chests are probably the most common furniture item found in average American homes. Several manufacturers made them from World War One into the 1960's. Because so many of them were produced their values tend to be very modest, we sell them all the time for under $250.00.

I have a Caswell Runyan cedar hope chest which is about 70 yrs old. It was my mothers. I want to sell it and need it appraised.
