Description
Unsure as to where this painting is from. The copywrite, C. Taber and Co. throws me. I don't understand if it was done by someone other than Robert Swain Gifford, or if that company simply copywrited his work. If anyone knows the answers, I'd sure appreciated them!
I cannot tell what medium this is. Some say watercolors and some say oils. It has a sheen to it. But also, the carpet has a run that I would associate with watercolors.
