Vintage armchair with skirted bottom and matching ottoman, upholstered mustard yellow fabric

This is a vintage armchair with upholstered fabric and a skirted bottom. It has a matching ottoman, Color: Mustard Yellow. I do not know much about the origin or value. If anyone knows anything about this it would be greatly appreciated. I bought it years ago at an auction house. I don't remember how much I paid for it, but it was not too much (about $50).
