I have enclosed several pics of a dining set I recently obtained and would love to know the history and value of it. The person I got it from has had it sitting in their dining room for 20 plus years and never used it. They bought it in NY for $400.00. I do know that the company is dated from 1905 to 1928 when the plant was then destroyed by a tornado. It was later rebuilt under another name. I cannot pin point the exact year.
I'm interested in seeing what the value is of this beautiful piece that I bought recently. What attracted me are the claw like legs, decorative spindles and 1/2" thick glass inserts. There is no maker's mark on it that I can find, but only a number that someone wrote on there at the factory.
This hall tree and umbrella stand includes a marble piece, and the two umbrellas holders have cast iron insets. This antique has all orignal parts, but shows some wear.
