It says hecho en mexico on the bottom of it and it was my grandmother's,she's passed so I don't really know anything about it

I'm unsure if this is a plastering tool or a utensil for cake, maybe. It has the markings of 925 Sterling Mexico with a butterfly dove or an angel picture right beside the words. It has a wooden handle with a unique design.

about 5" in height and 2" diameter
both are not the same size - hand made.
