Japanese lantern

Looks like a japanese lantern. Material is metal. Height is 13 inches. Diameter of middle is 22" with the circular top 9" in diameter.  In excellent condition with flaws except for metal being rusty.

D. Teniers pinx Etching on Ivory

Framed etching on ivory, gold frame measuring 9-3/8" W x 8-1/4" tall.  Lower left corner signed "D. Teniers pinx."

Bottom has title "Du Cabinet de M. le Duc de Choiseul" and then beneath that "De la grandeur de 8 pouces sur 6" with a shield / crest in the middle of the entire title.

Would like info on this piece including age and value.
