Mid Century Sofa

Category
Furniture
Condition
Poor
Description

Can anyone help me figure out what type of sofa this is? I know it resembles a Dunbar Sofa and the Modernica 810, but I am not sure who is the actual maker and how much this is worth.

Thoughts?

Christian Becker Balance

Category
Scientific Instruments
Description

So, looking for a value - haven't seen these around... Here's what I know - this is a Christian Becker balance - it has no cover (like I have seen a majority of these scales have), it has a "27" on the beam, it's missing the knob to raise and lower the center part of the pivot base, and I don't think some of the screws are original.

Ideas on the value?
