Carl Tielsch bowl. About 12 inches, gold gilding along edges. Center has painted scene of body of water with sail boats, setting sun and dome like building in background. Hand painted lilac flowers.
Blue Eagle mark on the back with C.T. underneath, green "Made in Germany" mark and gold numbers 9962 148.
The bowl is in mint condition, with no crazing or imperfections.

My mother came to America by way of Ellis Island...she is registered there. A family friend from italy gave her these tapestries as a wedding gift Thee are 3 tapestries. The larger one is 60.5 by 20.5 and the two smaller ones are 20.5 x20.5. The colors are faded but there are no rips, tears, etc. Mom is 96 and was married in 1936.
