This is an Underwood Standard No. 5 Typewriter. I just picked it up off Craigslist. My best guess is that it was made around 1924.
This typewriter is very clean and in excellent condition. It still types. All keys, switches, and cylinder still work and slide smoothly. Paint is intact with few signs of wear. I intend to thoroughly clean it and put in a new ribbon.
I'm curious what this beautiful machine is worth. Please contact me with any pertinent questions. Thanks for looking!
Black Leather baby carriage by F.A. Whitney Carriage Company . It has wooden handles and a wooden base under the bed section. Leather covered metal wheels with brakes and the bottom frame is also metal. It has a leather sun shield and the cushion inside is in excellent condition. The whole baby carriage is in excellent condition. I have no idea about age or value. It has springs that seem to be in excellent shape as well
Stands 11" tall and is 5 1/2" in diameter. Light green with raised gold beading around double-sided scenes of small boats in a Japanese seascape. Hand painted - NIPPON on the bottom. Dates to early 1940's (?).
