I inherited a few items from my grandparents and just wanted some information on this painting

I have a painting by J E Meadows, titled Rustic Peace,  I purchased it at Antique Shop/Cosignment shop.  It is oil painted on canvas, Picture is describe as two children in front of an English Thatched Roof Cottage.  the children appear to be playing on the lawn.  there are several hens by them  the sky is blue with puffy clouds.  the background is an English countryside with long grasses and trees.

There is a tag on the back of the painting saying Lot 296

J E Meadows - Rustic Peace

9" tall chalk and watercolor Columbia Statuary angel.

There is a label on the bottom that reads "Columbia Statuary Made In Italy"

Has a few minor chips.

Not sure but I estimate it to be from  the late 1950's to mid 1960's.  But could be as late as 1980's.

Can anyone place a value on this?

found this pipe in my great uncles trunk while cleaning...its a white/cream color 2 1/4" long and is bent it does have a seam in it like some clay pipes,but havent een able to locate anything like it online,it has what looks like a chinese mans head as the bowl thx

I found this "Kord" electric heater at my dad's.  Not sure if it works.  But this thing is real heavy.
