We dont know much about this item exept that it came from my father in laws estate, It is an elvis gold record of the last live performance in june of 77, he passed away aug of  77.  any information on this would be very helpful!

Steam engine with wood wrapper around piston housing

I know it's missing the little govenor. The little knob to let steam out of steam dome and into steam engine isn't right or missing something.

I have searched online, extensively, trying to compare a set of wooden fireplace tools I own.  I have come up with absolutely nothing, making me believe that these tools are rare and, hopefully, valuable.  Not many items made from wood are used around fireplaces, yet our family used them and they are quite functional.  My father bought them from a small antique store in a small town in Iowa forty-some years ago for $250.  Not sure of the exact weight, as they are in my car trunk right now, but I am guessing they between 40 and 50 lbs.
