I know nothing about this other than it was my great-grandma's and my Dad (age 67) has always said it's an antique (he is not an expert in anyway). It is metal with 3 switches - one on the base, one to turn on the three lights, and one to turn on the main light. It's 56.25" tall. 2 prong cord. I'm just curious if this is worth anything or if it's a bunch of useless metal that would be better off being melted down. Thanks!

This item came to me from a distant relative who had no information at all about it. There are no markings identifying the maker, the year made...nothing. I found a website that lists a very similar one as "1930s American Classical Wooden and Steel Cedar Lined Trunk" and that's the only real info I have about it. The photos look almost exactly the same as the one I have. It has steel decor on the corners and slats, leather handles, it is cedar lined, the locks are a lift and clasp kind of thing...don't know the exact name of this type of closure. The lock is broken off so no indicating marks there.

I have had this print for many years. Until I l today I didn't know the name of it or whom artist was. That is the only info I know. The two I viewed online had writing b we low as mine doesn't and isn't signed. It has rips and a few little chunks removed at edges. I've never had in a frame and it is very frail at edges from age. It was originally made by Francois Forster. The measurements are 56.6x41.9 cm. That's it! Thank you in advance.
