Original frame, very good condition. Small water marks on back of painting. Glass is in excellent condition, as is painting.

We have just purchased this signed print and are curious as to the value, it measures 24x30.

I am not sure if it is a litho or painting. I dont see dots or brushstrokes. It could be a fine silk screen. The photos are high res enough for a trained eye to determine.
