I was wondering if this vase is real or not...

10" Tall, 7 1/2" Wide
Very heavy, bubbles in glass, amber/coke color light on the bottom graduating to a light black on top.
There are ribbons or an arc sort of design in glass attached to the outside.
No signature or identifying marks.
Perfect condition.
I found one vase on line that looks a lot like this one.  I will include a photo of that one.  The vase on line is a Seguse Vetri d' Arte.

German beer stein,  engraved, pewter lid with inlaid ceramic,  jester thumb rest.

Anything you can tell me about it would be appreciated.  I would like to know the

value.  I can't find another one just like it anywhere.
