This appears to be a desk purchased while the owner was traveling to the orient.  I know little else about this piece except for the condition.  Upon close inspection I fould no evidence of damage, no nicks, no water marks, nothing.  This item appears to be in almst like new condition.  I'm really just looking to get an idea of the value of this piece.  In the same household in an oriental rug ($42,000) and an oriental cucu clock that I was told was purchased for $13000.

I have two battle back cane sided chairs in a soft green velvet. there is a partial tag on bottom that says lewittes.I'm wondering about the value of these chairs.. any help would be great thank you. patti

GE metal Hadacol advertisement clock. In condition as found, needs restoration, electrical cord frayed.

Style # 2202, Serial # 745021 (read backwards is manufactured date of 12-05-47). Sides, front and back are in good condition. Inside is in great condition with built-in tray on metal brackets that comes up as lid opens. Veneer on top of lid is chipped. It appears that someone possibly tried to varnish the chest. Overall condition good, however. I apologize for the glare on the 2nd and 3rd photos - needed to put chest in the bright light to see the chips.

we just bought this at a garage sale for $50 and are looking for a appraisal and any info about it . looks like some of the handles are missing .and we cant find a pic. to see what they look like .thank you.the badge on the front says WARD . we have the metal shelves.. the finish has scratches a little rust and is very oxidised (chalky). 

  

 

 This painting is what they call a backwards painting on glass with a foil backing. The paint has started to peal off and we were wondering if something like this should be restored or even could be. It's dated 1916 and we've had it since the 70's. If someone is interested in buying it just send me a message.
