My aunt in Marseille, France gave this to me. Our blood is Italian but my family is from Tunisia, North Africa. My ancestors are from Aquaviva in Sicily. I don't have any history on the tea cup, such as date or who made it. On the bottom of the cup and saucer, there is fancy writing that spells out Porcelaine and there are also the intials LES.
I have a complete set of 12 place settings, plus a 6 piece hostess set. They are in the box, but the box has some kind of damage in one corner. I have used this stuff two or three times after purchasing it in the early 90's. I followed the manufacturers directions and there are no spots or stains on them; the things that look like spots are reflections. They may need a good polishing.
Old Antique mirror I received from my grandmother it is very heavy and fragile. I don't really too much about it other than she got it at auction in California its made of wood and all along the edges where are the detail is the wood is fragile somewhat loose.
These knives are of asian decent and I don't have much information but was told by the antique store owner that they were owned by his family for generations. If anyone has any information, I would appreciate it.
