23 K Gold Ring

I'm not sure of the Country of Origin. It could be from the U.S, Europe, or even SE Asia. I have no idea of the time period. If I were to guess, late 1800's/early 1900's. I'm not seeing any markings. I'm sorry I'm not of much help. If anyone knows anything about this piece, and the value, I would appreciate your help. Thank you!

Wood vanity

Solid wood vanity.
I can't find a year or any other markings than a stapled paper tag on the back of one set of drawers and a "120" on the back of the other set of drawers that corresponds to handwriting on the paper tag.
The top does have some wearing/staining. I inherited from my grandmother and also used it as a vanity for a while. My mom doesn't know anything about it except she always remembers it being in grandmas room
