Was given to me by one of my neighbours and i would like to find out the maker, what age and an approx value. It is a very unique table. I havent seen one of these with the rails like this on the bottom.
Plate marked Wm.Rogers preceeded by an eagle and followed by a star with the number 621 below the mark. Plate appears to be silver or silver plate with large scalloped edges and a conical possibly floral design cut into the edge in six uniform locations.
I am unsure of the history of this table and buffee. This belong to my aunt who has passed away. Looking for any information on the maker, type of wood and approximate value. May want to sell.
