i have no clue as to what this is. it is in red depression glass. my grandmother gave this to me. she said it was a perfume bottle. i asked was it perfume for cows. the bottle is huge holds almost a galon. seems an odd shape for a decanter. what is this and what is its worth.???

Unusual shape and rather plain for Ansonia clocks. But nice and rather old from what I have found about Ansonia and the type of materials used in their early clocks.  There is a dark wood base to the clock.  4 round feet screwed into the wood. Has a key to wind and set. Clock face has a hinged window that opens in front.  Also a hinged door in back to the clock works. A brass plate on the inside also denotes Ansonia Clock Co. New York USA. Abovethat there is a small lighter, hand engraved marking that reads s dtyX s or sdutyx5.  Have had several people try to assign an age or worth to this clock and they have never seen one like it before. Beautiful chime tone! 

Winter scene by temple. Two Japanese women in full Japenese garb are crossing in front. Vivid detail and color. Japanese writing along right bottom which includes a red circle stamp of some sort. Also some small writing along bottom left as well.  Back of frame has sticker fro "Waller Art Shop Pictures - Artisitc Framin 2249 E. Seventy-First Chicago"

Seems some sort of plastic or natural material, possibly stone. Carved or engrave scene with different colors added somehow - maybe some sort of print block? Have no idea and several people can not tell me what it is - just that it is old. Signature definitely Whitman  - first initial looks like and A, possibly and H. No date.

I am guessing that this console is from the early 1940's.  It is pottery with complete 24 kt gold plating.  Hand Decorated. It has the pictures of the colonial style people.  The gold plating has pictures of birds and flowers carved in it.  Flowers such as roses ect.  I do believe that this piece is rare due to the fact that it comes with a working lamp.  I have seen console sets before but they are a 3-piece, Mine is a 4-peice.  The stamp on the pieces is a circle with a picture of a crown that says "Le Mieux China, 24 kt gold, Hand decorated"

Please help me figure out what this piece of beautiful art ship is worth.
