I found this machine at a yard sale and paid $10.00 for it.  The seller said it belonged to her Grandmother.  She was selling it because she is moving and did not have room enough to take it with her.  It was in a White "Twig Cabinet".

 The item is a metal stamping/marking kit from 1907. It was used in ww1. It has all the letters and numbers, but is missing the Anvil. It has the hammer, the plates, the box, stamps, and the tie down for the anvil. It's green and a little out of shape but in all original condition.

My Great Grandmother's Cedar Chest from early 20th Century. Don't know the year purchased.  Serial # 140624 is marked on the bottom.
