Hand painted orange with a yellow and blue flowers on one side and on the just leaves. Inside looks like pearl. Has Noritake on the bottom a large M surrounded by a wreath , hand painted and Made in Japan
I have searched numerous silver websites to identify the hallmarks with no success. I live in Mass. so I assumed it could be a colonial item perhaps owned by a British soldier because of the engraved crowns
