Blake sailboat painting

Category
Art Deco and Art Nouveau
Condition
Excellent
Description

Very large (roughly 5' x 6') oil on canvas painting of a few sailboats.  There is some raised paint (looks kind of like stucco) for the waves. I know it is at least 20 years old, but other than that I know very little about it.  There is a signature in the bottom left corner that says "Blake".  I've included a picture of the whole artwork as well as the signature.

1800s tea server

Category
Silver and Silver Overlay
Condition
Good
Description

I have researched this from time to time but can only find out about hall, elton before they sold out. this has the marking of pre 1865. It has a stamp of .888 on the bottom of the kettle. I have never seen anything close to it. It has some amazing art designs on it. I dont want to sell it, My father had it apprailed in the mid 80s but couldnt remember what it was worth. He thinks he remembers like 1700.00 but he also had some other things apraised at the same time. It has a serving cup and a porcelian lining inside of what im calling the tea/coffee pot. It is a beautiful center peice and i just want to know if its worth sending it out to be restored or not. thanks you
