Suspected 1930s lamp double nude holding flex glass globe no visible markings

This painting was purchased at a thrift store. It seems very old but in great condition and we wanted to know if this has value. It's printed on a Grumbacher New York 30 frame it seems. 

Vintage Sterling Silver framed decorative trivet/coaster (circa 1940) with "spoon rest".

Footed bowl, flora/fauna pattern. Has Tongzhi markings on the bottom. Unsure what to call it, value or age/value.

This item was part of an estate sale that I attended. I have only found one online that resembles this antique and it was on a website named Daniel Bexfield Antiques. I will include a screenshot I took of the almost identical item with the same exact hallmarks stamped 4 times on different sections of the silver. I'm just curious to know what the value might possibly be if anyone could possibly help me. 

Black phone found at my fathers house which is to be sold soon. It says BELL SYSTEM on the underneath of the handle.  Trying to find out an approximate value.  No known history as to when it was acquired by my father.
