nor sure what this piece is looks like a tea pot or some type of pouring device

Has a pic of a man in a circle which says knickerbocker silver co.  around the outside of the circle it says "manufactured and guaranteed by" under that it has the number 406 and under that it has a pic of an arm and says highgrade metal.

my grandfather gave it to me when i was a child, he said that his grandfather gave him it when he was a child, and it came from America

 ^ legged table . looks like designs were hand carved. Japanese designs on table top and on legs and sides of table.
