Cedar Chest left to me by my Grandmother, written on the tag that it was bought in 1954. The outside is minorly weathered but the inside is in great condition.
I have 4 Snow White Antique cards (Bashful, Grumpy, Dopey, and Sneezy). They all have "W.D. Ent" marked on them, so I am assuming they are from 1937. They have raised pictures in this gold tin-foil-like back setting. I can't find anything about them online.
OK, this has some surface rust, it is very lightly rusted over the casing but no deep spots of rust. It basically just stains the paint and I think it could be sanded and repainted pretty easily. The inside is in surprisingly good condition. The whole thing looks like it was well-kept for years and then shoved in a shed for the last year or two.
The pictures make it look worse then it is - some of that is dirt, they are the first pictures I took.
