plate is blue with boy and girl walking on front trim is roses carved

no date or compay name on plate, just a stamped 2027 and an italicized w on back

holes for hanging hooks are present however back is uneven/warped as if hand formed  

a vault door with embedded wells fargo. more or less 70 years old

it is a teapot of some sort i got it at a sale i am not sure what if anything it might be worth. any help would be greatly appreciated

 Asian style plate measuring 12 1/2 inches in diameter with hand painted detailing in gold, red and yellow.  Distinctive Asian lettering signature on underside.

this is a A Durrene Peris lamp I Was told it came from a very famos artist that did alot of sculture for different cities and he is well know!
