8 arm, hand carved wooden chandelier 

Hi - I have a pair of Frederick Cooper Lamps that I'd like to learn more about. Please let me know your thoughts.

My parents bought in Germany about 20 years ago.  This  Black Forest chalet cuckoo clock features a hand painted moving watermill,  Black Forest dancing clock peddler figurines who move to Swiss melodies.  Three pinecone weights hang from the bottom: one to keep the time, one for the cuckoo call, and a third for the music that plays every hour.  It has all parts and works but does need a tune up.

Condition

Very good, albeit a little lopsided, as shown in photo; and, one piece of wicker is missing. Operational

Matador in blue and white lamp with original shade. Great condition, with no chips or color fading. The lampshade has some water spots, but no tares. The lamp base has a signature of e Bertolizzi. We are wondering if this is a one of a kind piece, and is it of any value before we throw it out. Please advise if anyone is knowledgeable of this item or artist.
