circular drop leaf table I have no other information

 This is a table that is displayed folded up against a wall displaying the painting.  There

iis a 1800's date on it. It is at the bottom of the painting.  I could not read it to put the actual date

oon here today.  Unfold it and it is a small table with an oil painting on top.

Item is 24 inches long, twiisted iron, somewhat pitted from being underground for some time. The fish shaped solid brass handle is 5 inches long with floral accents. The end of this tool has been slightly bent , PROBABLY BY THE BULLDOZER THAT UNEARTHED IT.

Very Good condition in the original wooden box.

This basket has 3 legs with a pattern, it looks like a glass insert should be sitting inside it but that is missing.

I got it from my mother and have no iea where she got it.

It might be Scottish
