This is an oil painting on canvas of the sailing ship "Mushulu". I can't decipher the signature but it looks like 1941 under the signature.I would appreciate any information you can give me on the artist and how much it might be worth

This is a 1904 presidential flip coin featuring Teddy Roosevelt on one side and Alton B. Parker on the otherside. With the words "For President" on both sides above each presidential candidate. On the bottom of the Roosevelt side are the words "Made by Gardner, Chicago IL" 1904

As far as I know everything is there and in working order with the exception of the isen glass on the doors
