This Mahogny Mantel was in my parents home. My dad was raised in this particular home and he is 75 years old. It has a mirror with it. My parents recently remodeled their home and decided not to put the mantel back over fireplace.
Unit comes apart for shipping. The top, sides and back all have locking pins and tongue and groove construction. I have been told it may have been a piece from a ship's cabin like the Angus London desk I sold. There are no hallmarks but the hardware is solid brass and there is a beveled glass mirror in the door. Any information would be greatly appreciated. given to me by a friend.
