Abstract oil painting of two pheasants in woods. One of the pheasants is
standing on a stump. The painting is signed but I can't make out the signature. Dimensions are 39 inches long by 19 inches high. My aunt lived in Frankfort Germany for a few years and she brought it back when she returned to the US. She was in need of money later in her life and my father acquired the painting in exchange for a loan for an undisclosed amount of money. This was in the mid 1960s. My father gave the painting to me when he downsized homes. I have attached a picture of the signature and the painting.
antique tea pot with gold around the top and lid. It has 1 red flower and 2 pink flowers with yellow around them with brown and sage green leaves. It weighs about 4 lbs. and is in mint condition
This was passed down to me from a family member. This was land donated to a family member during the Homestead Act that was passed by President Abraham Lincoln. It was signed by Theodore Roosevelt while he was president. I'm not sure if I want to sell this yet. Just seeing what it's worth for now.
