written by Carroll D Wright. Book is in excellent condition. Title is raised on the cover. Copyright is 1895. and one of the 1st couple of pages says "To president Francis A. Walker" I did a little bit of research but did not find much. All I know is that it was part of the Chautauqua Literacy and Scientific circle book club
I was given this watch after my grandma passed away over 30 years ago. It belonged to her father. All I know is he worked on the railroad. It has 15 Jewels. and inscribed inside is: American, Walthan Watch Co. and the serial # 15888437. This watch is still in perfect running order. Although I do not know how to set it. I would love to know what the value of it is.
This a great pair of Hitchcock chairs no nails hand painted not stenciled with black and gold with some crackling due to age or heat (?). They are not exactly painted the same but the chairs themsselves appear to be identical...
Believe that you place a bottle of champaine on it on the table. I dont really know much more about it. Found it interesting because it states its make by International silver company and property of Meier Frank company
