On the bottom of the teacup it reads: "ANCHOR HOCKING, Suburbia, OVEN-PROOF, .30, MADE IN U.S.A. There is slight staining on the inside of the cup, in the form of rings, and another on the outside bottom of cup. The saucer is in excellent condition, with one minor stain. The bottom of the saucer reads: "OVEN-PROOF, ANCHOR HOCKING, 2329, MADE IN USA. Thank you.Â

It is a cream color with gold trimming at the top of the cup and imprinted symbols. The plate is cream as well it is also trimed with gold. On the bottom of both plate and cup there are signatures and numbers on the bottom and the word ivory in cursive letters.

Acoording to Collector's Encyclopedia of Nippon Porclain, there's only a handful of these plates known to exist and they are extremely rare.
