Cannot find any info on this artist, can anyone identify whether this is a valuable collectible or not?

Bought from a farmhouse about 20 years ago.

Would like to know if this has any value and any history the experts here might be able to provide.

I am interested if there is anyone out there who could give me an idea what this is and if it possibly has any value. It has a few corner frays but seems to be in good shape overall. I am mainly interested in knowing if anyone has ever seen one of these and find out an approximate age on it, if anyone might know.
