this is signed but the signature is in the design and i can not make it out

This is a decorative plate called "Grandpas Gift". Still in the box, with aunthenticity papers

These small figurines were given to my mother from my great grandmother. We do not know the value, or the historical significance.

They are all of the same man, a man with long hair, a hat or what appears to be a begging bowl in his hand.

One statue is a different character, a small man with hat and bags. I have around 8 figures all together.

I hope someone can identify these for me, that would be amazing. Thank you so much!

English Regency period mantle, or bracket, clock. By Thwaites & Reed, Clerkenwell, London, ca. 1830. Classic Grecian architectural design in mahogany veneer and fine brass inlaid decoration, Sphrinx pediment, brass side pulls, carved quarter colums terminationg in Corinthian caps. Eight-day brass movement with hour strike.

Small English oak coffer, c. 1680. Chip-carved three-panel front and three-panel lid with molded lip. Large staple hinges. Candle box inside. Old lock, may or may not be original.
