The top is the worst. Im not sure how to start the project. I would like to know the estimate of how old it is. I would also like to know what kind of safest strippers to use and procedure that would best fit this table.

there is 2 pictures the bottom taken by a phone camera shows the marking on it. I beleive it was used at the Rice Hotel the date marked in a little square under writing is 64
