It is an Asian statue of a Woman, I think.
She is holding a flower stem and dressed in a robe. It has a marking or signature of a symbole on the rear heal of the statue. She is on a dark wooden base. I think it is ivory. Can anyone help me?
It is a pocket watch that was my fathers granddads watch. unknown of any other history of it. it is in good shape although does not run. it has a number inside on the guts that is 1484440. and also a number on the watch back that is 481852.
There are two of these bases. No pontil, blown glass, etched and engraved. But one is slightly larger at base, and slightly taller than the other. The decorations are transposed on the vases. There are two animals on each. One with tall ears and one w/no ears. One vase has the animal with ears at the top and the one w/o at the bottom. The other vase the animal w/o ears is at the top and the other one at the bottom. No damage. They look a little like Egermann from the research I've done.
