I have a set of St Regis Fine China Japan 101. They have a dainty green stem and leaf pattern with small white flowers and buds, and they're rimmed in silver.
"This Capodimonte stye lamp base [and shade] is imported from Italy. It is made from an original clay sculpture by one of a very few recognized artists whom we have found to represent the very finest in their field. They are all handcrafted and decorated in the true Capodimonte style."
Originally purchased from Azzolin Brothers Importers Limited in Cicero, Illinois in 1959.
I have no idea about this painting. It looks legit oil painting but the signature is suspect. It just says “WHIT MAN” in an orange/red color. I found it going through my mom’s storage unit and it apparently belonged to my grandparents. I don’t know if it was real and they just painted the name or if it’s fake. Wife wants me to toss it out but I thought I’d see if it had any value first.
