Oil on canvas, doesn't appear to have ever been retouched since it does same some cracks in the paint and some aged wear, there are a few spots where the paint has been worn. It's a very beautiful painting with a background in many fading shades of orange it grows darker at the bottom left side where there is some sort of basket holding what appears to be white and brown flowers. It has Asian calligraphy on it, 3 rows at the top right and one small, perhaps name, at the bottom right by the basket. The frame also appear to be original, marked from Anco Bilt Glendale, NY (both 24/18 markings also). The signature "H. Ferguson" and date "3-6-1967" are written in pencil and the signature is underlined, the date below the line. It's located in the left top corner of the back of the painting.

Our grandmother recently passed away, leaving us this beautiful antique corner china hutch. We know very little about it, other than being told that it was from the late 1700s or early 1800s, brought to the west coast from the east on ox carts. It has been stored in our family for generations. We are currently taking appraisals and considering any offers for it.

Matching stirling silver bracelet and ring. Each ball has a hole behind it to put perfume in. Given as a gift approximately 70 years ago as of 2010.

Ladies watch. Two small diamonds on either side of the face. Mechanism does not work. Serial number (appears to be) 1615985.

This chair is in great condition and is sitting in our basement. Everything on it works and aside from the one flaw (a tear in the seat) is in perfect condition. My mother enjoyed using this chair for many years in her barber shop in Louisville and has recently decided that it may be time for it to find a new home. We recently noticed that it is the same style and brand chair seen in the Andy Griffith Show, used in Floyd's Shop.
