Road Turn Sign

Category
Other
Condition
Good
Description

Think it was a sign for a road telling you to turn right or left to fallow the right road. Have 2 with left turns and one with right turn made of cast iron very heavy. Was wondering about history what year would have been used and price. They are a little rusty but can be polished up.

James B Beam whiskey decanter

Category
Antique Bottles
Condition
Good
Description

The bottle is white with an irridescent glaze. I see pinks, greens and blues in the glaze. It has the scalloping of a sea shell and on the front of the bottle is a Florida map overlaying a globe. Directly unerneath is a banner that says "SEA SHELL HEADQUARTERS OF THE WORLD" On the back of the bottle is a paper label that identifies it as 86 proof Kentuck Straight Burbon Whiskey 100 months old. The bottom of the bottle has the following in raised letters as part of the crafting "James B Beam Distilling Co KY-DRB-230 Genuine Regal China C. Miller 1968 145 Liquor Bottle" Off to the side at an angle are the letters: DHN

In good working order. You unscrew the round knobs to make room for the shoe forms. there are 11 of those of different sizes. everything moves nicely and it is not rusted except very surface light rust. Everything turns easily. It flips open from the side lever you push down. Noone at the antique malls here have even seen one like it...if you can help. thanks

WW1 Lighter

Category
Militaria
Condition
Good
Description

Works great. The outside jacket slides up and down, while exposing the wick to light. BY sliding the outside jacket back down, the cup on top covers the wick and the flame is extinguished. When in the closed position the outside jacket locks firmly and can be carried safely upside down. There are no markings or symbols anywhere that I can find. Looks handmade and could be made out of a bullet casing or two. I hope someone out there can tell me something about it. thank you.
