Possibly made 1950's,1960's, after Berlin Wall was put into place. Made in West Germany. When blown makes a siren noise and the two race cars go around.
Solid oak wooden writing slope or machine circa 1873.
Small oak wood (8' tall X 12" wide X 5.5" deep), 2 rubber rollers, brass hardware, marked: PAT'D MAY 13 1873
PLEASE NOTE IN PICTURES:
PICTURE # 2
It is hard to see #2 but attached to each side in the back it has a piece of small brass wire that can be leveraged against one of the inside rubber rollers. I think this is used to prevent the rollers from moving and holding the paper still.
PICTURE # 4
The two brass clips on each side of the arm enable you to slide the wooden slat open (making a small window to view paper) or closed (blocking view of paper)
