This was given to me last week as a gift. It came out of a 95 year old mans house who lived in a house built in the 1800's by his parents ( he has never lived anywhere else, and lived alone until going into a rest home last week). He said this was his mother vase before he gave it to me. Would just like to know the worth of it ( not looking to sell). Thanks in advance!

Quart vinegar jar. U-savit from spears mfg co, mfg in alton IL. E1049 is embossed on side of bottom really small. Excellent condition. No chipped or broken areas

When I asked my grandmother about it she couldn't remember where she got it, but she thinks she bought it in the 40s or 50s maybe around San Francisco but not sure. My Gandparents did alot of traveling so its hard to say where they got it for certain. I do know that its Fukurokuju the god of wisdom and longevity one of Japan's seven lucky gods. It looks to have been hand painted and has what looks to be liquid gold on the sleeve of his robe and on his collar.

1953 Singer 99K machine in cabinet. Machine is in immaculate condition, runs great. The plain cabinet is in nice shape, only scratches are a few on the inside of the fold out top. Very minor. Have button hole attachment as well as all other attachments in their original cases and motor oil. Over all condition is excellent.
