framed signed underwater dolphin raised oil painting

Record albums by the Jackson Five. Dated in the early 1970's. In Excellent condition.

This is a pitcher with a floral design and the marker on the bottom reads Cartwright Bros. Semi Granite with a seal

Elegant 4 poster bed with triple dresser, mirrror, 2 night stands, and a chest.

Hohner accordian with "LA CONTESSA" appearing on the front. The leather straps appear to be original. There is a plate on the back - "Made by M. HOHNER Germany" The case is original & in excellent condition.

Sorry, I really don't know anything about it.
Can really use some help in determining the value of this couch / sofa.
Not sure, if I want to keep it or sell it.
