I do not know much about this item. It is a rocker made of heavy wood. Only markings on it are on the bottom. I can't make them out. Gold paint is used for decoration trim.
This is a fruit bowl with 2 double candle candlesticks. There are purple flowers painted on it with gold trim. The name Worrall is painted on it under the flowers. On the bottom it says "Kohl Manufacturing Co. Chicago #5
Back in the 60's when my brother was in the Navy, he visitied Japan and sent this tea set to our Mom. The set is 15 pieces, pot, creamer, sugar bowl, 6 cups and 6 saucers. He told her the set whistled when hot water was added. I can't verify this because the set was never used. He displayed it in a cabinet. When she died 7 years ago, the set was packed away. Set is "cracked" green with gold accents. One side of the pot has a horse?, and the same design is on the inside bottom of each cup. Opposite the horse on the pot is another design. I have no clue what it is. The saucers have both the horse and other design on them. The bottoms of everything are stamped Made in Japan, and what appears to be Japanese writing. I have more pictures available, via email. Can someone provide any information at all on this tea set, age, value, history, etc? Any information would be greatly appreciated.
I've got this up on ebay right now with a little over five days left on the auction, so to save a little time, I'm just going to copy and paste most of the information I have on the ebay site. From looking at the back of this record, this seems to be an old political speech recording of some kind. The person speaking on the record is Clay Smothers, and it was recorded live in Augusta, GA. The record is a 33 1/3 rpm 12" released on a CSM imprint. On the record, it says "CSM-100". The record sleeve is in poor condition, with a lot of scuffing, some pen marking on the back, and is coming apart at the bottom seam. The record is slightly dirty or scuffed up with a few scratches, all of which look minor.
